Blueberry Pancake

Well i usually like sweet flavors like this and I always mix with milk. I tried this flavor with high hopes and and first time it tasted ok but the second time tasted like uncooked pancakes with blueberries, it smells really good tho like a strong blueberry smell but it’s not for me, I’ll still continue to finish the container because I don’t waste product but this protein is good for anyone looking to increase protein and have some bcaas with it. One other thing it has a seal on the outside of the top lid and no inner seal when you take off the lid I’d feel a lot better about the security and the freshness of it if they had a seal under the cap like most proteins

Decent

Decent cookies and cream flavor when making a shake, tastes better when you make it with milk but with water is decent as well. Making protein ice cream from it is pretty good too, just melts a little quicker.

I’ve tried other brands. The flavors in Syntha-6 are always enjoyable! Easy to blend. Top recommendation!!

Protein tastes great and mixes well in just water.

This was one of if not the best tasting protein I’ve had and I recommend it to at least 2 or 3 people. I like that it’s higher in calories than most other protein drinks because I find it hard to hit my calorie intake while also trying to keep a good balance of protein. The barrier to entry for any protein powder is pretty low, but this one is very easy to recommend to not only work out enthusiasts but also anyone trying to get a little more protein in their diet
