Great For Steelhead
Went steelhead fishing yesterday and cleaning table was closed. The knife I have is too small so bought this on the way home. Holy smokes does a good knife make a difference! Cleaned 3 24 inches and one 30+. Went through the meat and skin like butter. I probably clean 30 fish a year and not that good at it but that was some of my best cleaning ever.

I Will Never Process My Hunt Meat Without This!
I usually dread processing my elk meat, but this 7" tapered flex knife made it insanely quick and easy! It sliced through everything like butter and the meat was so beautifully cut. It didn't even make my hands or elbows sore like usual from having to press to cut (more like saw).

Very Disappointed
just bought this fillet and was excited when i got it. assumed 65 buck for filet knife it has to be awesome..well first fish i go to filet had to set it down and grab the 15 dollar rapala. would hardly cut the filet let alone break the skin. tried one more time to use it out fishing used it to bleed my fish and again wouldnt break the skin with out excessive force.. going to try and sharpen and try again since i cant return it.. hope others are havig better luck..was in the market for a new electric knife and wanted to get a bubba but if this knife is representation of there products ill have to look elsewhere

Don't Take For Salt Water Fishing
I bought this knife about a year or so ago and loved it.... then I took it on a trip to catch salmon on the ocean. One trip 4 days of fishing now it's destroyed. I cleaned it every night. But now its full of rust and has chips in the blade. I only used it to fillet salmon so nothing this knife should not be able to handle. Not to happy about the rust or the ships in the blade.
