It's not a sharp nlknife so I can not filet or cut animal fur and skin with but a great knife for everyday average things and the price could have been lower..

Great Knife, Compact And Useful

I bought this knife about a month ago for work. It is exactly what I needed and has a great lock and release system. It is just the right size for day to day use.

Garbage!

Buck knives should be ashamed of the products there producing. I don't know how they're still in business. The knife handle has no metal frame underneath the plastic handle. It wouldn't be a good choice for longterm use as an edc knife or a bug out bag. Also, the one handed open assist is very tight and difficult to open with one hand. I'm hesitant about using silicone spray or wd40 to loosen up the one handed assist mechanism as it may degrade the plastic. Spend a little more money and get a quality kershaw knife.

Solid Knife, Reasonably Priced

Needed to up the size of knife for my son. Didn't want to put a ton of money into a knife for him but wanted something with some quality. Has a hole on handle where we put a loop from a piece of reflective paracord. Makes it easy to find at night and can be placed around wrist to avoid dropping while using on the boat. Solid knife, good quality, reasonably priced. Think we'll get a number of years of service out of it.
