We Love Our Double Encore X

It runs smooth and has plenty of storage for all of our adventures and the unpredictable weather. The only thing that I would love was different is the Jogging wheel. It does not turn so It makes it a little harder for City use but not a huge deal.

I Look Forward To Our Rides To Daycare!

It may sound silly, but now that we have the Burley Encore X, I find our 6 mile ride on the bike path to "school" to be the highlight of my day. Our 10 month old is happy and content relaxing in the sunshine on his way to "see the ladies." Thank you, Burley! My wife and I are thrilled!

The trailer is high quality, fills the family’s needs. It has more storage than I initially thought. It folds down VERY flat. I recommend it!

A Must Have For Active Parents

So happy I went with this purchase! The trailer is truly burley. We’ve used it primarily as a jogger but have the bike and ski setups as well. It’s incredibly smooth, quiet and secure on both gravel or bumpy trails. It’s the only carrier that our baby immediately falls asleep in. It keeps her warm even on cold winter condition days, particularly so as we layered blankets throughout. There so much storage space in the back too. I went with the two seater despite having one kid (as of now) and glad I did so it grows with our family. We bought the infant insert for our 4 month old and ended up waiting a bit longer to use it even with the insert given the seat tilts her forward a bit. At six months now we are definitely still going to use it for a while given her smaller size to add some cushion. I don’t have the stroller wheels but assume those would help the wide turning radius if I was trying to navigate the grocery store - I use our other stroller for errands because of that. I thought I’d want the 16” wheels for our gravel trail but I don’t think we’ll use them after all. As an active person prior to having kids this has really helped me start to feel like me again! Thank you, Burley!

It’s Great. So Much Easier

It’s great. So much easier to push through gravel. All the little issues on my 30 year old burley have been resolved. I like the hub break. The sun shade. That I can take it out all weather. Easy to change from jogger to trailer. I do wish the seat reclined as the baby falls asleep in it. So will have to put a pillow next to him and try a neck pillow. Attaching to the hitch is much better than the old attachment. We haven’t tried the little dogs i. With the baby, but I think that will work. We will put a dog bed in the storage area for them. How the screen cover closed with the straps and “D” rings is so much easier than the snaps.
