Technical Defects

Bought bushnell golf gps 2 years ago. It does not work now. I contacted the company, they would not replace it as the warranty is for one year only. As per support staff, battery is an issue. No repair options offered. Going forward will not purchase bushnell products.

Company Needs To Do Better

Had Watch 18 Months. Thought Charger had quit working. Ordered another charger from Bushnell. Still Black Screen. Contacted Customer Service and said that the Watch was out of warranty, but they would give a 20% discount. Very disappointing!!! Wasn't asking for anything free as I would have sent the watch in repair. They didn't even try. Have a Garmin S10 going on year 7 and still going strong.

Too Much...bells And Whistles

TOO MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES FOR MY LIKING. NEED A SIMPLIER DEVICE. ONE THAT SHOWS ME JUST THE DISTANCE TO THE GREEN (front, middle and back). i LIKE THE FACT THAT MY IPHONE CAN SYNC UP WITH THIS WATCH AND GIVE ME THE SAME DISPLAY. I VIEWED THE IPHONE MORE. WITH THE WATCH, I AM ALWAYS FIDDLE FARTING WITH THE ONE BUTTON OR SWIPING THE WATCH SCREEN.

Terrible Product!!

I bought it for latter part of the season last year. This year it will not charge and I was told it is out of warranty. Absolute garbage. Never again!

Company Will Wreck The Watch And Then Only Offer Discounts On A New One

I bought the iON Elite in March 2023 and used it for 2 seasons. In October I saw a firmware update on the Bushnell golf app and downloaded it . The result was that the update would not complete and would no longer charge. They told me to send it back to them, at my expense, and then said the watch was out of warranty and unremarkable, bu t they would be happy to give me 20% off a new watch. Trash company and trash firmware/software. Would not recommend.

Bushnell Ion Elite Gps Watch

I have used this for approximately three months now. The magnetic charger is junk. It falls off far too easily and half the time the watch isn't charged because of faulty connection. I would recommend clamping it on. The dial, although you can change brightness, is still difficult to read in bright sunlight. Since the dial face is touch sensitive, the watch has a slight tendency to move screens. When the battery is dead, the time is not up to date when recharged and I need to go back to settings. I also wish it had a step count feature. For the good. The distance reading seem to be fairly accurate but always a few yards different than what Garmin watches read. The slope, while nice, is no where as accurate as a scope but still pretty good. The watch does look good. If I were to purchase another watch, I think I'd go back to Garmin for ease of use but mostly for a secure charging connection.

One Of The Worst For Battery Life

I bought this at the end of last season, 23, and the battery has never lasted more than one maybe two rounds. I traded in a NEO because it was no longer lasting 4 rounds. What a terrible decision. I could review the functions and accuracy which are good, the time is rarely correct which is also odd, but it is not worth the time. Pass this one by
