Had Watch 18 Months. Thought Charger had quit working. Ordered another charger from Bushnell. Still Black Screen. Contacted Customer Service and said that the Watch was out of warranty, but they would give a 20% discount. Very disappointing!!! Wasn't asking for anything free as I would have sent the watch in repair. They didn't even try. Have a Garmin S10 going on year 7 and still going strong.

Heard about issues with charging. Haven't experience it yet. Hope I don't. Great watch for golf GPS. Battery lasts through 3 rounds.

Too Much...bells And Whistles
TOO MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES FOR MY LIKING. NEED A SIMPLIER DEVICE. ONE THAT SHOWS ME JUST THE DISTANCE TO THE GREEN (front, middle and back). i LIKE THE FACT THAT MY IPHONE CAN SYNC UP WITH THIS WATCH AND GIVE ME THE SAME DISPLAY. I VIEWED THE IPHONE MORE. WITH THE WATCH, I AM ALWAYS FIDDLE FARTING WITH THE ONE BUTTON OR SWIPING THE WATCH SCREEN.

Terrible Product!!
I bought it for latter part of the season last year. This year it will not charge and I was told it is out of warranty. Absolute garbage. Never again!

Company Will Wreck The Watch And Then Only Offer Discounts On A New One
I bought the iON Elite in March 2023 and used it for 2 seasons. In October I saw a firmware update on the Bushnell golf app and downloaded it . The result was that the update would not complete and would no longer charge. They told me to send it back to them, at my expense, and then said the watch was out of warranty and unremarkable, bu t they would be happy to give me 20% off a new watch. Trash company and trash firmware/software. Would not recommend.
