Love It, Used To Own

Love it, used to own a small nonrechargeable version a few years ago as a corrections officer. This flashlight is awesome when I'm out helping look for my cousin's dogs at night, it'll be amazing if I ever get stranded, I use it as a small baton if needed, a door knocker, or just use it as a flashlight which is all in using it for at the moment but you never know. I bought this one because shortly after I started my job I ended up getting stuck in the mud in a car that ain't meant to go through thick mud much less mud in general but I didn't have a flashlight other then the one on my phone or my sidearm and well unfortunately they were dull and it's like 0330am in the country and my phone happened to be the brighter of the two and it didn't really help me much, couldn't see very far or much around me. I ordered this one because if something happens and I end getting stuck again then I have a flashlight that's super bright, rechargeable and durable that I can grab and use.

What A Disappointment

I hate writing this because I'm a huge Bushnell fan but this is my truth and experience with this light. When I first purchased it; it was great. I noticed about two weeks into owning it that the battery seemed to drain relatively fast in comparison to what I believed it should. There was a significant change to it's overall performance from the week prior. I noticed that the entire light would get pretty hot even on the lowest setting and while charging. One night I get a call from a buddy who is stranded on his ATV about 20miles from me. I head out in his direction and find him relatively easily. About that time my side by side decided it didn't want to run anymore either. Grab the flash light (which was fully charged or so I thought) we start troubleshooting the side by side and sure enough about 10 mins into having the flashlight on it just dies and never turns back on. So here we are a decent ways from home in the middle of the night with ZERO working lights. The light let me down in a time of need unexpectedly. Hate saying it but I'll never buy another Bushnell flashlight because of this.

Stopped Charging

I loved my light when it was working. Haven't used it that often which is why I'm disappointed that it isn't charging the battery at all! I plug in the cord to the charger and then to the flashlight and I get nothing. No light indicating it's charging. I plugged a different comparable device into the cord and it started charging. So, I know the cord and charger are working fine and that it's the flashlight. Do these flashlights have a warranty?? I don't have my receipt not manual anymore as I have moved houses so you might know how things come up missing in as move.. ugh!
