Great Device

Used once but was very accurate, had some trial and error issues. 1. Took about 90 minutes to set up, called the tech to get assistance, which turned out to be very helpful. Tech support gave me a tutorial over the phone on how to operate the device, very helpful! 2. Would recommend loading course once you arrive at the course. 3. Music sounds great and the magnet works well!

It Didn't Work

We set it up but couldn't get the speaker to work, then we couldn't get it to turn off. We went to return 2 days after purchase and was told there was a no return policy once the shrink wrap was removed. Well, the product didn't come shrink wrapped. We explained and a manager allowed us to return. After thinking about the entire exchange, I realized two things; they had only 1 left when bought and it wasn't shrink wrapped and lastly, it was likely a previous return or display product. I'm glad we were able to return it. After this, we researched and ended up getting the Blue Tees Player+ with no current issues or concerns.
