It Didn't Work

We set it up but couldn't get the speaker to work, then we couldn't get it to turn off. We went to return 2 days after purchase and was told there was a no return policy once the shrink wrap was removed. Well, the product didn't come shrink wrapped. We explained and a manager allowed us to return. After thinking about the entire exchange, I realized two things; they had only 1 left when bought and it wasn't shrink wrapped and lastly, it was likely a previous return or display product. I'm glad we were able to return it. After this, we researched and ended up getting the Blue Tees Player+ with no current issues or concerns.

Product Great! Dick's Sporting Goods Pricing Stinks

I bought this a month ago and I enjoy it. Speaker sound quality is great! The interface is great as well. My only complaint is downloading the courses. The first time I played it downloaded the course quickly. The second time I using it, it would only get to 4% downloaded and then said timed out. Hopefully it was a one time thing.
