This mat is heavy duty, and the length is great. I 'm 5'8" and stretching out my full length I'm still on the mat. I would recommend using indoors or if outdoors on a smoth clean surface.

Slippery And Releasing Fiber Glass
First of all, this mat is too thin for practicing yoga. Certain poses hurt my knees and whatever the mat ic coated with was causing me to slip. It's also releasing thin fibers that look like fiber glass. I purchased it primarily for stretching on, so that should be fine.

Great Mat To Stretch On
i like this yoga mat. i use it on a daily basis when i’m stretching before a workout. i like that the mat does not move around while i’m stretching and has no memory when i roll it up and put it away

Not Your Typical Yoga Mat!
This Calia yoga mat is perfect for traveling or for me, easy to roll up and tuck under my bed…when I just want to do a workout at home. It is grippy on hardwood, tile and carpet. See photos for reference- it doesn’t move or curl up so that’s a huge bonus! It is compact so easy to stow in your bag or keep in your car. The cushion is not as extreme as some mats, but I actually prefer this depth because it allows me to keep my hands and feet in place much better. Plus, it does not have the typical odor you sometimes get with yoga mats. I’m very happy with it!
