Literal Slip N Slide
I bought this mat a few days ago. My previous mat was a cheap mat from Walmart, I’ve practiced on for years. Having dedicated a lot of time and energy to yoga I decided to buy this mat thinking it would be made of superior quality to help advance my practice. However, I was extremely dissatisfied when I tried it. Downward dog is near impossible your hands and feet slip. I am 5’3 and 125 lbs and I never had this issue with my old worn Walmart mat. I even attempted to clean it thinking it may have a slippery substance on it from packaging/handling. But no it’s the mat. Do not waste your time or money on this poorly designed overpriced junk.

Cushiony Mat
Very cushiony but not too thick. I like the length, maybe wish it was a little wider,but I'm not a little person. Good grip, did not slide across the room like other mats that I have purchased in the past.

The Most Luxurious Yoga Mat Yet
Premium quality yoga mat. Very thick and comfortable especially on hard floors. It is heavy due to the thickness and would not work as well for portable use. I feel it would be to much to carry on your backpack around town. Overall it is very luxurious feeling and some how seems to make your yoga practice better.

I Think It’s A Great Yoga Mat To Stay In One Place Kinda Bulk To Carry Around With You To The Gym.
Ordered the CALIA 6mm Premium Cushion Yoga Mat, NAVY Used the yoga mat at home. Use it about 4-5 days a week. Likes about the yoga mat are that is does not slip when using it like some of the other we used tend to do. Good cushioning. And overall pretty solid. Dislikes are just that it is to bulky to take anywhere so we just leave it at home. And wife said it could use some better designs on it.

This is a great product that is thick,tough and yet very cushiony. The finish is texture and has a excellent feel as well solidness. After significant usage found both yoga and strength training it still looks like new. After cleaning the finish is great.

Dense And Great Traction, Does The Job!
Nothing to complain about on this yoga mat. It's a dense/firm pad with grooves for good traction. This firmness is great for peobising an even surface while its in use on carpet. After a few months of ownership I havent noticed any odor build up, washed a few times with soapy water and its good to go!

Love It!
I love this Yoga Mat! It's super great for at home workouts. I work out at home 4-5 times a week. I had another yoga mat that was squishier, but this one is better in more ways. I like that this yoga mat stays in place and doesn't slip around while I'm doing mountain climbers, or other exercises. It's not as squishy when I'm doing pushups on my knees, but maybe I need to do regular pushups from now on! It's comfortable enough for crunches, but great for yoga as well.
