I was given this sweater hoodie in December. I was so excited, it’s so soft and cozy. However, I was sorely disappointed. With one wash, it is completely pilled. Not even hand washing keeps this from pilling. It looks so terrible I am embarrassed to even wear it now and it was way too expensive for this to have had happened. So disappointed.

Loved It For 2 Wears
I loved this sweater when I first got it. It was expensive but I splurged on it. I have worn it about 3 times and it is no longer soft but has so much piling and matting all over it looks really bad. I haven’t even washed it yet. I tried a sweater shaver but for some reason it didn’t work on this fabric. So sad. Really disappointed in the quality!

Very Poor Quality
We loved this at the store and bought it for two relatives Very soft and looked terrific. However after one wear and wash, it is pilled up and you can tell low quality material. Very unfortunate because we bought pants too for an outfit and one outfit was a gift. We haven't reached out to recipient but will check with them. However, their experience would surely be the same. We will return. You often see this in lower end fabrics from the big chain discount stores and their clothes lines. I was disappointed to see it at this price point at Dicks.
