Cork Yoga Block
My wife says this is your typical height and weight for a yoga block. The block is very dense and does not have any give when it is supporting the person doing yoga. The edges are rounded to not cause any discomfort when using. The only complaint my wife or daughter has about this block is that it is “too hard” when resting their foreheads upon.

Small With Multifunctional!
This is perfect for someone who is looking to add an extra tool for their stretching and flexibility routine. I have thought about using one in the past and found good ways to stretch my hip flexors and lower back using this block.
