Cork Yoga Block
My wife says this is your typical height and weight for a yoga block. The block is very dense and does not have any give when it is supporting the person doing yoga. The edges are rounded to not cause any discomfort when using. The only complaint my wife or daughter has about this block is that it is “too hard” when resting their foreheads upon.

Manduka Vs Calia Cork Block
I have used MANDUKA brand for my yoga blocks ever since I have began practicing YOGA. I saw the CALIA cork block and decided to try it. The block is the same size and thickness as my MANDUKA and they both feel the same in my hand. This block is very stiff which I like and will not bend while using it. This block is nearly identical to the MANDUKA with a lower price. If you are a Yogi and use blocks I recommend giving this one a try, you will be glad you did

Great Yoga Block
The yoga block is very sturdy and of nice quality material. It is a good size to use in yoga class when the poses are just a little too hard to manage on your own. I also like the color— the natural look is very fitting for yoga.

I Needed This…
I used to be really big into yoga and Pilates which forced me to stretch regularly. Then life happened, my focus changed and I stopped but I missed the stretch. As you can see in my pics my hips are TIGHT. But not for long. Most people use yoga blocks for only yoga poses and forget how helpful they are for stretching. This block is light weight and offers 3 levels of stretch or use. Flat for beginners, side for medium and upright for those with a little more flexibility. And I love the cork look just because it’s different.

This Is The Block For You
This is a very sturdy and supportive yoga block. Made from cork, it does not compress under load, it is lightweight, and still feels like a premium product. It is the nicest yoga block I’ve used. I’m very happy with it.
