I bought 2 sets for my wife and daughter for their Burn challenge practice. They're very happy with them so far. I am 6'7" and I used one of them and it worked well for me too.

Perfect Rope For All
I love that the handles unscrew & I was able to cut the rope down to fit my 5’4” height. It turns fluidly for speed jumping & I can jog & jump too. Great quality, worth every penny.

Sturdy Jump Rope
The jump rope is incredibly sturdy but also not heavy. It is great for my 10 year old daughter. It’s adjustable and works extremely well. We are very pleased!
