I returned these after one day. The fastener is almost impossible to close, especially if you have arthritis or other problems with your hands. Think of a very heavy bracelet with a difficult clasp, trying to put it on with one hand.

Ehhh
Ending up returning these. Not a lot of weight on them - so if you already have muscle it probably wouldn’t be enough for you. I didn’t really like the fit or the look of these.
