The best thing is you can do downward dog and your sweaty hands not slipping away. The towel top is firm and has a bit of grain to it that resists slippage

Perfect For Inferno Pilates

My Third Calia Hot Yoga Towel.
It works great! And light enough to carry. This is my third CALIA towel, the first one I got 1.5 year ago and now still in use (I used and washed at least once per week). Very durable, great quality.

Mostly Good
Advertised as "no-slip". Works well for hot yoga (maybe a combination of humidity and sweat?). However, when I use it in a room temperature class, my feet slip. Otherwise, it doesn't slide on my mat and suits my needs
