Socks Run Very Large

I am extremely upset with Dicks Sporting goods. I purchased two packs for $18.00. I had purchased similar socks previously but these ran large. Too large for ladies size 6 shoes. I went to return the two packs that I purchased and missed the return by date by one day. I was offered to return them instead for $4.00 even through I presented my receipt paying $18 for each pack. I asked to speak to the manager and asked if they could make an exception since I had my receipt and it was only one day. The manager told me that would be like stealing from the vault. Well in my opinion giving someone with a receipt $4 when they paid $18 is stealing from the consumer. Very disappointed and won't shop at DICKS TREXLERTOWN. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!
