Fabric Coming Apart

I ran one race on a very cold day and, although it kept me warm, the fabric is coming apart. I expect better from an $88 top. Dick's says they do not warranty this brand. They will not take an exchange or return because I have worn the top. In the future, I will purchase Nike or Under Armour from a store with a better return policy.
