    Loved The Ribbed Details

    Purchased the black pair recently in large. They run nicely but rolled down a bit and were a bit large but i kept them. Just ordered the blue in medium and love the snugness but they still roll down some when you sit. But still great leggings at a go

    Great Red Color

    The red color is beautiful & I really liked the ribbed material, but the leggings oddly had extra material in the ankles, knees, & crotch area. For it being a thicker material, if you wore darker underwear they were visible thru the leggings. I ended up returning them.

    Favorite By Far

    For probably the last 10 years CALIA Women's Essentials Legging were my favorite leggings. Then along came CALIA Women's Essentials RIB Legging. I have in the last 4 months purchased about 9 pairs. They have a way of making you look smoother and slim. For reference I normally wear small in every brand of legging I've purchased (I own about 6 or 7 brands). I'm 5'7" female 135 pounds. The small in these are not as tight as the Caila Essential generally are. However, I'm loving them for their slimming effect without being tight. They're perfect for 5 days a week Pilates and running. They stay in place, which is important when using equipment with no free hands to pull your pants up.. Somehow the ribs make the difference. It took me awhile to decide to buy my first pair. I was afraid the ribbing would irritate me during certain Pilates positions. As it turns out they are perfect for such activities. I own about 75 pairs of various leggings I consider myself an expert. I'm at least an expert on what I love and you guessed it I love these. Colors are great. The plum is sorta brownish toupe and my favorite color of them all. All the others are described accurately. As hard as I am on Calia leggings I have never worn a pair out. The oldest pairs I have still look new with all threads in place. Note: I never dry mine in a dryer, and I don't use fabric softener on athletic wear. The reason for this long review is I feel after so many pairs & years I owe it to this brand of leggings.

    Have these in another color and bought again because the first pair still looks brand-spankin’ new - no fading or fabric breakdown with repeated washings and wearings. The heavier weight is just what’s needed for outdoor workouts in cooler, winter temps!
