Feminine High Neck Tee
It's all about the soft fabric, high neck style, short length, and pastel color (light blue). I wore this to an appointment and looked dressy-casual. I just discovered this Calia brand and can't get enough. Size L was perfect for my usual size 12, 5'4" roundish shape. I'm hoping it washes well.
