Awful Experience

I ordered four items on August 9, 2025. I never received the jersey or the leggings. I had a very bad experience with Dick’s customer service department regarding my purchase. I’m not sure why I received two of the items and never received the other two. One employee stated that the item I ordered was never originally priced $130.00 and was on sale for 17.98. I asked her, why I. The world would I make that up. Dick’s had an online Flash sale on 8/9/25. I ordered a few items that were on sale. I’ve been ordering from Dick’s for years and have never had a problem. This was the worst! Not looking forward to purchasing online items from your store if this is the kind of service I will be receiving. Special thanks to LorettaT, telephone customer service, you are very knowledgeable, patient and tried hard to help resolve my issues. Dick’s need MORE employees like you😉

I bought these in the grey color and felt like these showed every imperfection...I bought my normal size but would maybe try sizing up
