Eh. Not Worth The Price.
Honestly size down if not, you are continually pulling them up all my do is slide down. I have an Amazon pair that is a quarter of the price that I never have to pull up and they’re the same material. I don’t think they’re worth the price at all for how much I pulled them up. Reference 5’3 size medium 150 lb.

Perfect For 5'4" + Squat-proof
I only wear leggings to workout, so they have to be functional - and not bunch up at the ankle, so at 5'4" I usually buy 7/8 and these are just right. Size M fit me perfect - I have 30" waist and 37" hips. I also have muscular calves and these aren't too tight. Nice weight fabric so no camel toe either. I always wash good tech gear on gentle and hang dry, so these should last a long time!

Great Leggings!
I love Calia clothing:) & this style of leggings is so soft & comfortable! I also got the capris in this style .They are perfect for working out! For reference, I’m 5’4 , 145 lbs & wear a medium.
