Poor Quality, Store Does Not Stand By Its Product

I bought this on December 29th, received in 3 days, tried indoors and by the first week had skin irritation and breakdown on the right foot only, unfortunately the store would not return a used item and I was on the phone with customer service for over 20 minutes. Overall this is an irritating plastic shoe, not an orthopedic shoe as marketed and the store does not stand by its product.

I bought these for pool side. I love the arch support and comfort and also the versatility of the shoe. I can wear them to the beach rinse them off and wear them out to a casual dinner or to the store.
