Bought this for the cold runs and so far it's worked great, it gives protection from the cold, while still being breathable for your sweat. I'm usually a small and got a small. I saw some reviews saying it was too small, but I think it is supposed to be a more form fitting design and it isn't restrictive at all. I'm still able to wear another long sleeve workout top under it if needed.
