Poor Stitching On Handle And Straps

I saw this backpack and instantly fell in love with it. It was the perfect size for what I needed for work but then the top handle snapped. Then a day or two later one of the arm straps started to unravel and it’s barely hanging on. The only way to wear it now is with one strap. It’s such a bummer but I’ll likely take it to a tailor to have them restitch the handle and strap back on since I paid full price for this back pack.

Looks Great - Functions Poorly

This backpack is sleek and stylish. I loved carrying it - for the three weeks I did before the main zipper broke. So disappointing and inconvenient as it broke when I was in the airport security line (after very, very light previous use). Therefore, essentially the first time I used the bag with anything more inside it than a small notebook and novel - it broke.

So Dissapointed

I was so excited about this backpack. It had perfectly placed and sized pockets, and looked cute too! After only a few months of using it every day (as my diaper bag), it started tearing and showing wear. So sad I spent $70 on it. Ridiculous.
