Damaged Pack, Flawed System

Package damaged on all front corners, attempted to do a return but dicks system stayes order number not found. Yet when i do track package order number is found. So which is it?

So happy tonhave found this board, perfrct for tall riders 6'2'' and above! Just be warned, it does come in different colors that are shipped at random.
