Same Problem Two Years In A Row

I order the chrome soft triple track balls every year for my grandsons. The balls are great, but each time whoever they have personilizing the balls makes an error. This then involves a call, a return authorization and a hope that the corrected order arrives on time for Christmas. Great product but poor secondary processing.
