The Product Was Excellent. The Shipping Not So Much

The bag was wonderful. Great price, light, functional, stylish. The shipping was horrific. It came in a flimsy beat up box, one piece of tape across the top, and no padding/foam to protect it during shipping. It was just thrown in there by a clearly disgruntled employee. Well done.
