I wouldn't have believed it in a million years had it not just happened to me today. My son and his friend play this ball and they are always 50 yards ahead of me. Granted, I'm a 50 year old Marine vet, with back issues, but I can still rip it out there between 280-300 yards. I've been playing a popular DTC brand golf ball and thought I would give these Chrome Tours a try, since it was buy 3 get 1 free, and I get the military discount. I got to play them today and OMG I will NEVER play another ball again. I really can't believe what a difference these made. My drives were going 335 yards today, into the wind, and even got one 385 yards with the wind. I had to club down by almost 2 clubs with all my irons. It took me half a round to get used to the new distance and trust it. I ended up shooting par on the back 9 and now I'm driving the ball right there with my 27 year old son and his friend. It's truly the most excited I've been in years and I'm looking forward to golf again. And it's not just the distance gain but the sound and feel is truly amazing and unlike any feeling I've ever experienced in a golf ball. The ballflight was penetrating and uneffected by the wind. I could work the ball without overcooking it left or right. It's really unbelievable. I came home today and ordered the new Elyte Triple Diamond driver to replace my old PXG driver. I can't wait to outdrive these young studs.
