"New" Hat Didn't Have Any Tags At All......felt Like A Returned Or A Used Hat
I purchased this hat online and just received the delivery today, however, there were no tags on the hat and it was pretty dusty. This was supposed to be a new hat, but the lack of any tags says it was not new. I contacted Dicks Sporting Goods customer service to try and do a return/ replacement and they required me to pay the shipping on the new hat even though I made the purchase totaling over $100 on the initial order and I was only exchanging the hat for the same exact hat which hopefully would not be a used hat. They eventually gave me 100 points toward their rewards program, but now I am stuck with a used hat unless I want to pay the shipping. Never in my life have I had an experience like this for something so simple.
