Could Be In The Bag For A While…

Just got this “good” condition wedge…I swear it’s brand new. Took it out for a few holes and some range time. Excellent results. Solid out of bunkers, solid out of nasty rough, solid off of right lies. Will be looking for the lob wedge next. Nice job Callaway. Arguably the best sand wedge I’ve played in decades.

Found My New Fav Club

I decided to lean into golf later in life. I play golf about 2 times a week and am working to lower my high handicap with regular lessons. What does that have to do with this club? Well the pro I take lessons from commented on how good my shots to the green were and how improved they looked. I hadn’t seen him all winter and I wasn’t playing much, the only thing that had changed was adding this club to my bag. Seriously, this club makes it so easy to look good, it’s quickly become my favorite around the green. I can’t compare it to other 60° wedges because this is my first, but if it’s making me hit this good I can infer it has a lot of forgiveness to it. I’m a 5’6” woman and the men’s graphite version worked for me (but I’ve also been told my ladies clubs are a tad short for me and finding a leftie version was key). I’d highly recommend.

Nice Wedge!

Been trying different wedges so I figured I'd give the Callaway CB Wedge a go in 58 degree loft and I'd have to say that I'm pretty happy with it right off the bat. Have only played a couple of rounds with it, but at the range I could really flop the ball up in the air when I opened the face on the club. My go to wedge right now.

This sand wedge is excellent! It is called a full face for a reason, the grooves cover the full face of the iron! Which give you more effective contact area.
