Looks Great, Plays Even Better.

I bought these during their "trade in trade up" promo. I was playing a set of Apex 21s with stock steel shafts and was basically happy with them but now that I'm 56 and I can tell my swing isn't quite what it used to be I took this opportunity to switch over to graphite. I got these with KBS Max graphite and it's a night and day difference. Not only does the club feel way better but they're just as if not more accurate than my Apex's. I also don't feel like I have to work as hard to get great results. The Elyte irons feel just as good if not better even though they're not forged. I did gain a little distance but it's not crazy. I'm just impressed with the accuracy both in distance and dispersion. I paired this set with a couple of Opus wedges with the same shaft to maintain the feel and those are equally great. I got 6-PW, AW and after working out the distances I may actually swap out the 6, and even the 7 to the HL irons to see if I get any distance gains from them since I have a bigger gap from my 5 hybrid than I like and that may be due to not getting enough height from those. Overall the Elytes are a winner!

Make The Switch!

I had PING G425 irons and I made the switch to the Elyte. I don’t know why I didn’t make it sooner. It took a round to get adjusted to the steel shafts as my G425’s were graphite, but the following round was by far the best round I’ve ever played. Every iron shot felt smooth and great in my hands. MAKE THE SWITCH!
