Product Information:

Epic is more than a name, it's the performance benchmark for the Callaway GBB EPIC Driver. New Jailbreak Technology drastically changes the behavior of the head and face at impact, resulting in more ball speed and distance across a larger area, while Exo-Cage construction affords greater forgiveness and stability. Speed Step Technology helps increase swing speed when you need it most, and the adjustable weight allows you to personalize performance.

Jailbreak Technology

  • Drastically changes how the head and face react at impact
  • Produces more ball speed across a larger area of the face
  • Results in dramatic distance gains

Exo-Cage construction

  • Combines an aerospace-grade titanium with an ultralight triaxial carbon crown and sole
  • Affords substantially more weight at the perimeter and far-back from the face for maximum forgiveness
  • Higher MOI translates to greater stability at impact and straighter flight on off-center contact

Details

  • Speed Step Technology improves airflow for even faster clubhead speed
  • 17 g weight can be strategically positioned along the perimeter track to provide shot-shaping control fit for your swing

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adjustable features are great. Best driver I've ever hit and I'm 63 years old and just stared playing after a 20 year layoff due to bad knees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great driver! I just picked this up after being fitted in the Chandler Az store. After trying the ping G400 and Cobra offerings this won by dialing in my swing and weights to draw bias. It showed with carry and roll 250 yards with my 85 mph swing. I have been using TM HT drivers and only getting 220 yards. This will be a game changer for me. I was going to try the TM M* offerings but I really do not like the white tops.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from State of the art driver Very well balanced, light weight driver that delivers long distance and accuracy, even when you slightly mishit a ball. Probably gained 10-15 yards over my old GBB driver.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pleased Because of the miserable New England weather, I have not had the opportunity to use the clubs on the course but I have been at the range and I enjoy the 2 clubs, the driver and 5 wood. If you are in the Danbury CT area go to the local store and ask for Nick, here is an excellent club fitter and had the patience with me that I needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New Driver I bought this club along with the Callaway Steelhead XR Pro Irons in Nov. of 2017. I've played this driver about a dozen rounds now. At first I couldn't hit it, I was still slicing the ball or not hitting it at all. I've adjusted the club to promote a slice and -1. Go figure, I'm hitting a nice fade with it now. Distance is no better than my previous driver, but I had the shaft shortened 1". I can say that I finally got use to this club and I am hitting more fairways now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid performance The ball just jumps off the face with great accuracy and distance. Hard to improve with this club.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Straight and Solid I purchased the Callaway GBB Epic driver from Golf Galaxy in the fall of 2017 and love it. I've struggled off the tee for years and years and this driver has the adjustability and fine tuning in the weight at the back of the club head that allows you to put the ball in play on every drive. This club is much more forgiving than the Taylormade M1. My HCP Index is 8 and dropping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wooooooooo I hit this epic driver back in the fall for the first time . A friend of mine bought one and i finally ask to hit it because it sounded kinda like my old easton titanium softball bat. i have hit a titiliest 909d2 for 7yrs & can hit it 350yds but after playing willow creek the par 5 #15 in knoxville ,tn a fine track by the way. i teed up & aimed across the long part of the lake that i wouldnt usually do with the 909 & it being a regular shaft i put the big smooth on it & kaboooooooom we looked at one another & he said i didnt know it could do that & i said ummmmmm we rode around to it & had 9 iron in or 155 to the stick & remember lipping out eagle . After 5 months of looking Today i bought the epic subzero with project x shaft. so get ready boys im gonna get me a holster to carry it in because this thing is a badcat woooooooooo
