Rated 5 out of 5 by from An easy way to get out of bunkers I purchased the 64 deg wedge. This is one of the easiest wedges that you can use to get out of tough bunker shots. Nothing to remember, just square off, swing back and follow through. It even works with hard sand. Good quality wedge, well designed and durable. No more worries in bunkers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Correctly named, "sure out" Great quality, my second sure out. Went from a 58 degree to a 56. Still easy to get out of bunkers, but gave me added distance and closer to my 50 degree wedge, not such a big gap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stroke saver! 1st there is a learning curve with this wedge. I had to make adjustments where I gripped the club and placement in my stance it was substantially different than my other wedges. Your stroke path has to be exactly parallel to the ground surface. A tiny angle up the flange makes too clean of a contact small angle down a chunk, but when you figure out how to slide under the ball it will make you gleefully happy. Max comfortable distance for me is 65-70 yds full swing with the 60 degree using a proV1x they land like a dart. Starting to really love this club.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect club for the sand Great loft for a wedge to use out of the sand. This club makes sand play easier

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shot saver I’ve always been inconsistent out of the sand. Always seem to have one or two holes per round where I either struggle to get out of a greenside trap or blast it out across the green. Out of fluffy sand I find this club to be almost automatic. And don’t have to worry about opening the face etc. still adjusting to it out of wet or packed sand. Also find it helpful around the green pitching up to elevated greens or pitching over sand or water where I need to stop it quickly. Saved me several shots per round right from the first round. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Out! I've always been inconsistent out of the sand. I tend to either hit too fat and leave it either in the bunker or short of the hole, or I crunch it over the green. And always a little nervous opening up the face a lot. If this is you, then this club is a great addition to your game. In fluffy sand around the green, this is almost automatic. Still a work in progress for me in wet or packed sand. I also find it handy when just off the green and chipping up to an elevated green. This gets the ball up high and stops it easier than any of my other wedges. And certainly a good option for that challenging pitch over sand or water that you need to stop quickly. So for someone who is challenged in the sand, this piece of equipment truly does make a difference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from replace your 56 and 60 with one great versatile scoring alternative! I know that this wedge option is not a favorite amongst the more snooty types. But if you play a lot of different courses like I do from resort to public links, and the bunker and greenside conditions vary greatly, this wedge is a great choice. I first got it for my 18 yr old beginner son and also for my wife and then I decided that what is good for the goose is good for the gander as they say and decided I would play it too. It replaced a 56/14 vokey and a 60/10 cleveland actually. now I can play a 53-ish as my gap wedge and a 50-ish for my approach wedge depending on my mood. or else I bring two drivers. a 'long' driver and a 'straight' driver. I play the 58 sure out bought one degree flat and with a custom grip and length. I pair it with a 54 degree wedge from callaway with a 10 degree bounce (mack daddy forged or milled md4). I typically use some sort of 50-ish degree approach wedge as well. If the lie is good and tight from the fairway, the sureout works just fine as your bounce is variable based on delivery angles, but I usually use the 54 in those cases. So the sureout is used primarily for lob shots from greenside rough and for greenside sand. you can lay the face open if the sand is deeper and softer or you can keep it square for courses with bunkers that have a thin layer of dirty sand and take just a bit of sand. you can go tip first for buried or deep fried egg lies in soft sand. it's great from the greenside rough for short lob shots. I played on my high school team 30 something years ago and just started playing more regularly again recently. I just want my golf to be consistently fun for me and my family and the sure out really does help with that goal. Thanks Hank Haney and Callaway! What I really see is that my beginner son and my wife also are able to exit bunkers pretty easily. they are almost always putting after taking the sure out into the bunker. they very rarely lay the face open. They just take some sand and the ball pops out. If I had to buy one club for a family member that you want to play more golf with, this is the gift!
