My reservoir from REI's brand lasted three years of heavy use, whereas once I bought this new Camelbak reservoir, I noticed a rip in it after 3 or 4 uses. Definitely disappointed in the durability. Loved it while it lasted, though!

These Do Wear Out With
These do wear out with heavy usage and have to be replaced once they start the mysterious slow leak, in which water escapes into the backpack with no discernible source. I'm glad to see the straw redesign because the plastic bent on the last one, which I didn't like. However, they're great for hiking hydration in a light pack that keeps my hands free. Just purchased for the third time!
