The Perfect Fix!
The perfect fix to the yellow piece of the old valve just falling off while skiing. So glad it was a simple fix, good as new!

Great But.....
I wanted this hydrolock for my crux water bag because of the angle, but.....I never saw any warning it isn't compatible with the crux..... it simply doesn't fit...to small.... But with some teflon I made the hydrolock fit to my straw. Leakfree. So Im happy with it, but please, mention somewhere it doesn't fit the crux, of make hydrolock also compatible with crux :-)

Good And Reliable
I got this to have an extra one. The feature I like most is that you can open and closed the valve, that way if you have a leaky bite valve there's no water wasted. The price is right.

Didn't Fit.
I had to return it. Even though it is a Camelbak product, it didnt fit my Camelbak bladder which is only a couple years old.

Oh, It Does What It Is Supposed To Do
I bought this to replace my lost valve. Right- it is a replacement water valve. I might have given more stars but, it doesn't scratch my back, or open beverage bottles. I can't get overly excited about this, there it is. Turn on turn off. BTW I have yet to install and use this. I image this will work, the one I lost did work fine, this is identical to my lost one.

New Is Not Always Better
I dislike the newer style that has been issued by camelbak. I was happy to find this hydrolock on sale and bought a couple!

Camelback Hydrolock Won't Leak
I bought this as my other mouthpiece constantly leaked while running. This won't leak but it does dribble out what is left in the mouthpiece if you don't dump it out (closing it creates a vacuum you can't suck out). Not that easy to use as it swivels 90 degrees and is a little stiff. It's fine for now, I'll probably look to replace it but it doesn't leak.
