Bought this online for a birthday present and quality and color were perfect! However, it arrived without any zipper pulls on it. I checked all the pockets but none were there. Pics online definitely show zipper pulls. Unfortunately I did not have time to order another so I had to add my own on there which was disappointing and resulted in more money spent. Granted, the pulls I got overnight from Amazon were super cute but for the price of this I should not have had to spend more. Not sure if it was defective from the company or maybe it was a returned item? Either way, that is truly my only issue.

Highly Recommend For Active Kiddos!
I bought this a month ago and we have used it a lot we love hiking it is very comfortable and convenient, I had to exchange for a new one because the original one I bought had a leak but customer service was amazing!! Big shout out to the staff at the sports arena location, you are the best! Thank you!
