As much as I like Owala, Stanley & Zojirushi bottles, they can be heavy and cumbersome to carry long distances. This is perfect to throw in a backpack - lightweight and keeps water cool for a bit. This specific style was a great bargain too. I removed one star only because I had to buy a cap to cover the mouthpiece.

I’ve had this very model of Camelpak bottle for years now and this newer version is a huge upgrade. The water spout maneuvers from close to open even easier and the flow of liquid is always steady. I appreciate how this version has kept the overall great design with subtle improvements.

Cold For An Hour Plus
My old water bottles were warm within 15 minutes of starting my ride. I typically fill my bottles with ice and fill with water after. These Camelback bottles are still cold an hour into my rides and still reasonably cool at 2 hours. On/off feature on cap is nice and easy to use. No leaks. Fits perfectly in bottle holder cage.
