Well, here I am in the thick of it, in Spruce Pine NC, no electric, no services, and my refrigerator/freezer slowly defrosting...BUT! Camp Chef to the Rescue!! We set up our Camp Chef Pizza Oven, took the top off (after we baked cinnamon bread for everyone) and proceeded to Water Bath Can all meat and produce!! (Meat quarts 3 hours full boil, season prior, pints 2 hours). This thing is a Miracle! We not only survived, we thrived!!! If willing, please consider donating a few to the area, especially the Green Valley Fire Departement that took care of everyone. We would be thrilled to hand these out. They are Can Do Miracles just like us Appalachian Americans! Thank you for making such an outstanding product!!
