Dick's.. It's All In The Name.

Bought this grill box. showed up late, busted up and sticky for some reason. Camp Chef is good stuff. Dick's shipping is not. The manufacturer's original packaging could not protect against the ravages of transit. Placing the original box within a box with some bubble wrap would have got it here safe. I will be driving the hour and a half to return this thing at my own expense of course because Dick's had no RA number for me nor expedited shipping for the replacement(no in-store exchange possible). I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Simple And Effective!

I've been using my BBQ grill box with my Explorer for 10+ years. It has been used as an every-day grill, camping grill, party grill, baseball tournament grill, etc...very heavy usage. Zero issues. I estimate that I have prepared over 300 meals with it. The grill box has now worn out (the grate plate below the cooking surface finally rusted and broke through and is coming apart). I just ordered another BBQ grill box and expect another 10 years and 300 meals - thanks!

Very Poor Quality

Purchased this 14" grill box online and received it at the end of September 2021. After 1 use, grill grate is warped and paint is peeling from corners of lid. Not impressed! save your money and purchase a quality product made in North America, not overseas. I should have known better.
