Best Cast Iron Pizza Pan Ever! Not Just For Pizza!

I just love this pizza pan! I spread a little corn meal on the pan and either make my own crust and pizza or I put a frozen pizza in the pan. Both turn out so deliciously. I make other foods on this pan, too. Hambergers, grilled cheese, steaks, fajitas, the food list goes on and on. Makes a great wedding gift at a great price as well. Would highly recommend to everyone.

i found this pizza pan.but i dont make pizza on it i use it to cook my biscuits on they turn out great non stick,golden brown and fluffy.....just cant find anythign better for biscuits.the smell and taste reminds me of my grandmother place in the morning...........try ths pan for making biscuits i am sure u will like it also

Very Nice Pizza Pan. The Interior Is Typical Rough Iron, Not Polished As I Hoped

I bought this Cast Iron Pizza Pan because,to me, the photo looked like it showed that the cooking surface of the pan was polished like the cast iron cookware that I prefer. It is not. Rather the surface is the typical cost-reduction plagued rough iron surface. For pizzas, it will work fabulously, but I had hoped to also use it as a light duty griddle. It will still work for that, but not as well, as if had a polished cooking surface. A polished surface requires less oil to cook stick free. The quality of the casting is outstanding, with no visible voids or inclusions. Very nice.
