Great Addition To The Sidekick
There's not much to say about the griddle, in the end it's a piece of metal that does what it's supposed to do. It's easy to clean and maintain, the bacon and other food you cook come out very nicely cooked. The only reason why it gets 4 stars it's mainly due to the fact that there are parts where it's hotter than others and it might cook things unevenly if you don't know where these are. Overall, a good purchase that will last for years.

This is an indispensable tool for cooking for many. I used this to cook gyros for 200 folks with great success. Heat dispersed well, and it stays hot for radiant heat and continuity. It gets hot so plan to sweat! If you cooking. A grease trap is offered as an accessory but should be standard. Grease will flow out and all over the leg of the stove/floor. Placed a cup in the provided hanging holder but the cup melted quickly. Also, a carrying bag should be standard.

Cooks Well But No Scraping To Clean
The two burner griddle for the explorer fits well, heats nicely, but cannot be scraped to clean it. The metal is not the same as a restaurant flattop griddle. That being said, the grease can be moved into the grease catcher on the front corner of the griddle wiped with a good cloth after the griddle cools and is ready for a bit of oil and more cooking!! As a portable griddle and pack along two burner stove, you just cannot beat the convenience or the price!!!
