Have not had a chance to use it yet so I don’t know how well it works.

The Base Arrived A Little

The base arrived a little uneven when set on a countertop. With a little bit effort I was able to straighten it. The first use of the cannon provided a nice moist turkey in a dramatic shortening of time. It Worked Like A Charm.

It worked like a charm. Cleaned up easy too it looks like new again. I'm looking forward to seeing if it will work with whole chicken.

I give it five stars. The way the turkey cannon holds up the bird Off of the grill So it doesn’t get burned and cooks more evenly perfect for smoking in a smoker Or a oven

Didn’t Work Very Well

Tried this couple times . Cooked at 325. After 2 hours hit 165 at the breast. Appearance was not good not golden brown. Breast was moist juicy. Lower drumsticks under cooked and pink, cannon still had juice in it like n it never boiled. No juice in pan will try 350 next time put probe in lower drum stick
