Love It

Love how easy it is to assemble and cook. Camp Chef staff are the best customer service people I ever dealt with. First cook - full brisket - spot on. Love the ability to add sidekick, which adds so much versatility.

Cheaply Built

Purchased on recommendation. Works OK, buy the grill is built with savings in mind, not quality. Welding is bad and minimalist -- a few spot welds where line bead would be approprite. Many parts are misaligned. Paint is accidentally sprayed over stainless steel parts. Stainless steel is roughly and unevenly sanded inside. Very sharp metal edges, I had to smooth them by filing to prevent cuts. Door insulation edges sticking out. Only main body is stainless steel, bottom grilling racks are coated steel, top racks are chromed. Black paint on legs is chipping from transportation damage. Some parts (new!) show signs of rust. The app is utter garbage -- bugs, freezes, and it needs an online account. When I buy a $1500 grill, I expect quality. It is clearly missing.

Amazing Smoker, Easy To Assemble

This thing is amazing. With the 3D assembly instructions and perfect alignment of all screws it was the best and easiest assembly project I’ve completed. Well done.
