[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Placing tricams has always been a weird feeling but they work where nothing else will. Great for slabby pockets and weird feeling cracks that won’t set a cam or a nut. It’s also nice that you get four for the price of one cam

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every trad climber should have tricams. They’re insanely useful. Even if you hate the idea of fiddling with them in the middle of a pitch, bring them anyway. You can use them for your anchor in place of small cams, saving yourself weight and $. And for what it’s worth, they’re not that hard to place anyway with some practice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tricams are great for anchors, saving cams for leading. They are often fit when other gear doesn't, like horizontal Gunks cracks. Tricams are also lighter than cams, and cheaper as leaver pieces if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this set a few weeks back and had the chance to make use of them in Moab recently. I them! They work well, they’re lightweight and a bit more affordable than cams. Glad I bought the set.
