It Makes Such A Difference!

I really feel the difference walking with just 10 lbs of extra weight. I didn't expect the difference to be so significant. I am also very impressed with the quality in which the vest was made

Good Weight, Straps Iffy

It has helped my son while working out, I would like to see an improvement on the straps and adjustment ability

Comfy & Works. Good Product For The Price.

Works better than I imagined. Have used it daily for nearly 3 weeks now, and am ahead of my goals so far. Seems durable and comfortable. Can be adjusted for various body types and strength levels. Would recommend starting off with a small amount of weight, and building up over time, so not to risk stress or strain to your joints. Also, fill your lungs with air while strapping it on, that way you can still take deep breaths while working out.

Great While It Lasted!

I bought this to add difficulty to my workouts. It's very comfortable once it is on. I used this two to three times a week for about 2 weeks and then the adjustable strap broke off, making it lopsided and too difficult to continue using.
