Dangerous, Poor Design And Horrible Customer Service

Had (2) Caravan Canopy M-Series Pro 2 12'x12' tents up on the Fourth of July holiday. It started to drizzle/light rain and within 15-20 minutes, both tents collapsed and causing me to get some scrapes and cuts from the sharp edges that had broken. Contacted the company and they sent me a standard copy of the owners manual. The owner (Jose) could've cared less about my issue

Poorly Designed

I purchased this Caravan Canopy last September 2020 and used it for first time this 4th of July. There was a rain storm causing water to pool. The weight of the rain put pressure on the frame causing it to break some of the truss bars. There were no fasteners attached to the canopy so that it could be secured to the frame allowing the water to run off. Poorly designed.
