Wrong Size

I ordered a 12x12 and the tent itself measures 10x10 even though the case says it’s 12x12

Lasted 20 Minutes

Horrible. Used for the first time last week. Started raining. Tent literally collapsed into itself. We have used these plenty before and it was set up correctly. Frame is damaged. Useless

The slanted legs are 12x12 apart but the covered area is more like 9x9.

Deceptive Advertising

Deceptive advertising!! This is not 12x12 it is 9x9 where it matters which is the canopy. The base slants out and the feet are 12 x12. Súper wrong. Don’t get cheated. Returning!

Not 12 X 12

I bought this item because your stores do not carry the Quest 12 x 12 and was told to order on line. The first one arrived but it was a 10 x10 not 12 x 12. I called and had the correct 12 x 12 sent to me and I returned the 10 x10 back to a store. When I went to put the canopy up I was very disappointed with the size. It was only 9.5 x 9.5 with the legs opening less than 12 x 12. I wished I would have received the Quest 12 x 12.

Beware Description Sates False Information.

Description clearly states provides 144sq ft of shade when in fact the canopy is only 9ftx9ft which is not stated anywhere except on the box. So if you have done your research you'll probably realize that a 12ftx12ft slant leg canopy isn't gonna be 12ftx12ft. Had I discovered this I would have just ordered two 8ftx8ft canopies. As far as the quality of the product I've got high hopes as it seems sturdily made however only had it setup once for a few moments after its arrival. Another thing worth mentioning is the inclusion of a parts replacement sheet. Wish it was really a 12x12 although after reading many other reviews it seems canopies of that size are much more venurable to wind damage.
