Poor Packaging

I ordered 3 sets of these weights. They were each shipped in their original package box. One of the boxes had busted open and was repackaged by FedEX. Upon opening that package I discovered 1 weight was missing and a 2nd one was broken. Contacted seller and was told to submit a warranty claim, which I did. Have not received any confirmation on my claim. I have called seller twice about the claim and received no response. This is the sellers fault shipping the canopy weights in the original carton is like shipping a cinder block wrapped in rice paper.
